At our May meeting, we will learn how to make a Button Pin Cushion Jar.
Mary Ann Anderson has designed a Button Jar Pin Cushion with a stitched top. She will provide everyone with a small square of antique hand spun, hand woven linen that you can stitch a design on before putting in the top of a canning jar to create a pin cushion. Jars will be provided but you are welcome to bring one of your own.
• Please bring one antique or fun or special button to give away. We will put them all in a button bag and draw a name from those attending the meeting for the lucky button bag winner!
