For centuries, the common needle and pin have been regarded as precious commodities due to their limited availability. A needlework box or waist hung chatelaine usually included a pin cushion of some design. The pinball will be fashioned in Queen Stitch using silk on a 35 count linen ground. Selecting between two similar styles, you may order a hand made sterling silver pinball ring to enhance the piece. A length of silk ribbon will also be provided in the event that the silver ring is not desired. Kit price is $34.50 for the pinball materials and $36 for the silver pinball ring (optional) plus a teaching fee to be announced.
