A band sampler worked in a number of counted work techniques (montenegrin, arrowhead, etc) in soft blues and greens (Au Ver a Soie Soie Paris). The bands form the basis for the gold work stitches which fill the free space. Twelve previously unpublished stitches from the era are used on the piece. Linen, silk, japanese needle, and four types of gold threads are included in addition to color xeroxes of the piece before and after the gold is applied and a CD Rom to augment the instructions. The piece is worked on 36ct Lakeside Linen.

Cost of the kit is $110. Teaching fee TBD. Deadline for signup is May 4, 2008.
