April 2007 Marilyn Vanover brought in a project she finished by Catherine Theron titled "Quaker Sewing Case". This was a class at the 2006 "A Sampler Guild" in Louisville, Kentucky by Rae Iverson of Moss Creek Designs. Catherine Theron was one of two guest teachers. The front cover is done using Bargello stitch in wool. Quaker symbols are used for all the inside pieces including needle pages, scissors holder and fob, pocket and pin keep.  |
