February Meeting
Please join us for our next meeting at the Wheaton Community Center on Sunday, February 12th, at 1:30. for our presentation titled Treasured Books. Bring along a couple of your favorite needlework books for show and tell. We'll show you how to safely cover them and talk about how to take care of them. We'll also have a book sale, so also bring any sampler books you'd like to sell.
We had a fun time viewing everyone's completed and future projects for our 2012 contracts. If you weren't able to attend the meeting you can still turn in a contract to our program chair. Karyn Pechinski showed up how to make beaded pins and we all enjoyed designing our own.
It's time to renew your membership for 2012. If you have never been a member before, it's also a great time to join for the first time. Don't miss any of the great programs that LMSG has planned for the coming year, send in your dues today! Dues must be paid by the end January for your name to appear in the emailed Membership List. LMSG now has a website address for our Facebook page! You can view the page even if you don't have a Facebook login. The address is www.facebook.com/lmsg1. That's a number one after lmsg because the name had to be at least five characters long.
