June Meeting

Join us on Sunday, June 24th at the Wheaton Community Center to stitch the reproduction sampler of Marie Menanteau 1861. Contact Karyn Pechinski by June 1st if you would like her to order you an 18 x 18 piece of 36 count Edinborough Linen in either antique white, cream, or flax for $10.00 payable to her the day of the meeting.

April Meeting Highlights

We had a great time on our tour at the Art Institute of Chicago. We saw a variety of early American needlework including many wonderful samplers. If you were unable to attend, we have photos of a couple of the samplers on display. The exhibit, Fabric of a New Nation, continues through June 3rd.

Catherine Theron Workshop - Cancelled

Our original plans to have Catherine Theron teach for us June 23 & 24th unfortunately have been cancelled.  We have loved having Catherine here with us before and hope to be able to have her back with us again in the future.  Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have  caused.  Please see Programs for our new June offering.  We hope to see you!

LMSG now has a website address for our Facebook page! You can view the page even if you don't have a Facebook login. The address is www.facebook.com/lmsg1. That's a number one after lmsg because the name had to be at least five characters long.
